1. Organizer

These Terms & Conditions govern ticket purchases and attendance at the GC Cup.

2. Scope

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, visitors accept these Terms & Conditions.

3. Ticket Purchase, Payment & Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed upon completion of the online checkout.

Payment methods:

  • TWINT
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

 

Ticket delivery: Tickets are sent via e-mail and contain a QR code for entry. The buyer is responsible for presenting the ticket upon arrival.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to Art. 40a para. 1 lit. e Swiss CO (OR) there is no right of withdrawal for tickets to events with a fixed date. All ticket purchases are final.

5. Seating & Seating Plan

Seat selection follows the online seating chart. Adjustments to seating layouts for organizational or safety reasons may occur and do not justify refund claims.

6. Admission & House Rules

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Security checks may be conducted. The organizer may deny entry or remove visitors who violate house rules or pose a safety risk. Refunds are excluded in such cases.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are only issued in case of:

  • full cancellation of the event
  • rescheduling, if the visitor cannot attend the new date
 
Changes to lineups or match schedules do not justify refunds.

8. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

The organizer may modify, postpone or cancel the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Force majeure includes:

  • natural disasters
  • pandemics / epidemics
  • government orders
  • terrorism
  • power outages or technical failures
  • any events beyond the organizer’s control

 

Details regarding refunds or replacement dates will be communicated on the website.

9. Safety & Liability

Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk.

Liability is defined as follows:

  • Mandatory liability for personal injuries remains unaffected.
  • Liability for property damage is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent.
  • No liability is accepted for:
    • delayed arrival or missed parts of the event
    • lost or damaged personal belongings
    • damages caused by third parties
 

10. Photo, Video & Audio Recordings

Photos and videos may be taken during the GC Cup. Visitors may appear in such material and consent to its use for reporting, PR, and marketing. Professional recording equipment may be restricted.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed for ticketing, event management and visitor safety. Data may be shared with:

  • payment providers (TWINT, credit card processors)
  • the ticketing platform (WooCommerce / Tickera)
  • PSA Squash for event-related communication
  • Squash Media & Marketing Limited for event-related communication

12. Ticket Transfer & Resale

Tickets are not personalized and may be transferred. Commercial resale or resale above the original price is prohibited.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid clause will be replaced by one that most closely matches its economic purpose.
